The FAM: Launch Event

“The FAM Program is a national professional network that strengthens queer entrepreneurship in Canada. Created by the Canadian Queer Chamber of Commerce (CQCC), the FAM connects 2SLGBTQI+ entrepreneurs to a vibrant community, practical resources, and opportunities for growth.”

The FAM is for creatives, freelancers, side-hustlers, entrepreneurs, and all Queer professionals. Launching in January 2026, the FAM will launch a specific industry-focused stream aimed at supporting 2SLGBTQI+ entrepreneurs within Creative industries! With monthly workshops, drop-in networking hours, capacity-building resources and more, it’s my hope that this new program is a way to support Queer entrepreneurs and creatives across the country.
