Behind SUPERSEXE: A queer-led event, spotlighting alternative artists and performers. SUPERSEXE is named after the now-closed Montreal-based strip club, Super Sexe, that unfortunately burnt down in 2021. I (Stella) had always wanted to go since I was a kid. The glitzy exterior, the beautiful femme style, the extravagance. I wanted to encapsulate the image in my head of what could've been through this series (yes, series!) of SUPERSEXE.
